01. Overview

SuperCat Solutions is a B2B SaaS platform for manufacturers in the lighting, furniture, and home décor ecosystem. We’re scaling from a strong foundation—active customers, high retention, and a proven product—into a more predictable growth engine with clearer GTM execution and tighter operating cadence.

Skaling Ventures is the long-term operator behind SuperCat. We acquire proven niche B2B SaaS businesses and elevate them through rigorous operating systems and modern go-to-market execution. This engagement sits close to that build: you’ll work directly with senior operators (CEO + GTM leadership) to translate strategy into reliable systems, clean data, and decision-grade reporting.

In this role, you’ll serve as our fractional HubSpot + GTM Systems Operator—owning day-to-day system health and data integrity, plus supporting a small set of scoped projects as we scale.

Time commitment: ~5–10 hours/week on average, with occasional short spikes for cutovers (e.g., migration weeks).
